Ring Granulators

Advance ring granulators are positive type rolling action to produce perfect granulated product with less percentage of fines as obtained by hammer mills. These machines are equipped with a high speed rotor balanced to run free of vibration mounted on forged alloy steel shaft. Manganese steel plain and toothed ring are tanden positioned on suspension bars for smooth and positive rolling action. The bearing which are of large dimensions are fitted with either bushes of bronze or roller bearings.
