Infrared Radiator, High Performance

Ace Heat Tech has introduced Elstein’s first ceramic medium wave radiator world wide with gold reflector type HLS. HLS high performance radiators are based on a support tube of sintered alumina for heating coil, which in turn is firmly embedded in a special ceramic coating. Thus the radiation can be operated in any position. The radiator is mounted in ceramic gold plated parabolic reflector. HLS high performance radiators are available in length of 248 mm with a power of 750 W and in 123 mm with a power of 375 W. This reaches to an operating temperature of 1000°C in one minute. Radiation efficiency is up to 80%. HLS achieves temperature of exposed goods up to 700°C.
