Rubber Coated Fabrics

Zenith Industrial Rubber Products has introduced newly developed ZRF® rubber coated fabric sheets with high durability which excel because of their special characteristics. These include high quality of barrier protection, abrasive resistance, air retention, high strength to weight ratios, repeated flexing, and resistance to chemical gases and fuels. Using basic fabrics such as cotton, nylon, polyester, glass, knits, silk, kevlar, fabric blends and any other fabrics coated with nitrile, neoprene, silicon, SBR, natural rubber, butyl, hypalon, EPDM and blended polymers, for variety of applications in the fields of insulation, defense, and aviation, marine and offshore as per specifications given by the customer. ZRF fabrics are available from 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm thickness, 1.4 mtr to 1.5 mtr in width and in long length up to 50 mtr. The company uses solvent base coating, which gives better results as far as viscosity is concerned. Taking the advantage of large scale production running with limited development period, which reduce its rejection and assuring on time delivery and an installed capacity of 1000 mtrs per day, it manufactures different types of coated fabrics for various applications coupled with expertise in compound costing with its highly qualified and dedicated team. Coated fabrics are available in dark grey, light grey, orange, and white, off white and other customised colours.
