Cast nylon

Cast Polymers manufactures cast nylon which has got a lot of engineering advantages over metals to suit almost all types of industries. Cast nylon is light in weight, self lubricating, high impact and tensile strength, chemical resistant and works quietly. Cast nylon finds its place in pharmaceutical, marine, textile, chemical, fabrication and engineering industries. It is available in the following forms: rods - 20 mm to 200 mm diameter; sheets - 5 mm to 75 mm thick; gears - spur, helical, worm, rack and pinion and bevel; and components - custom made. Grades: natural - ivory; self lubricating green and blue; and high impact grey and black.
