100% Expanded PTFE Sheets

Flojet offers 100% expanded PTFE sheets. They are made by a special process that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure with a great lot of fibres running in multidirectional strength in lubricity creep and cold flow and also directs the possibility of blow out. Due to its low density, it has high flexibility to seal uneven flanges. It has high compressibility at 66% and recovery at 16%. Gaskets are available in 1.5 mm and 3 mm thickness. Features include: good flexibility, easy to cut, and easy to install. Applications are in chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical plants, distilling, pulp and paper mills, and power generation.
