Pneumatic Control Cards: Pneumatic control card is the simplest form of all panels. Pneumatic components are mounted on a card and connected with MS/SS/copper tubing.

Pneumatic Valve Stands: Pneumatic valve stand is an open panel, very commonly used, made out of MS channel welded on MS sheet or supporting structures to mount components like ball valves, FRLs, pressure regulator, direction control valve, non return valve, flow control valve and special components like flow indicator, pressure gauges.

Enclosed Panels: All components in this are mounted inside enclosure. These enclosures are made out of CRCA sheet. Pressure gauges and other indicating components can be mounted on door for easy access. This type of control panels are used in dusty area where conjunction in operation of pneumatic components can takes place. Protection class achieved in these types are IP54, IP55, IP65 and IP67 depending on application.

Customised Panel: Most panels are customised and designed as per customer requirements. These are combination of pneumatic and electric controls integrated as per customer specifications. These are combination of pneumatic card, valve stand and panel mounted indicating instruments just like enclosed panels.
