EVR Motors, an Israeli pioneer in high power-density electric motors, has unveiled its latest endeavour with the inauguration of a cutting-edge plant in Manesar, Haryana, through its subsidiary, I.EVR Motors. This establishment signifies a momentous achievement as the premier manufacturing facility in India for an Israeli automotive entity, pivotal to the company's global production blueprint.

The Manesar facility is primed to manufacture trapezoidal geometry coils, a patented core component of EVR's Trapezoidal Stator Radial Flux Permanent Magnet (RFPM) motor technology. These coils are integral to EVR's electric motors, renowned for their compactness, reduced weight, and cost efficiency, while retaining the adaptability to address a diverse array of customer requirements.

Leveraging advanced automation, the Manesar plant is initially geared to produce coils for approximately 20,000 motors monthly, with provisions for expansion to cater to burgeoning global demand for electric vehicles (EVs), targeting an output of around 100,000 motors.

EVR has solidified commercial partnerships with prominent Indian automotive entities like Napino, Belrise Group, EKA Mobility, and RSB Transmissions, bolstering the supply chain and fortifying EVR's capacity to serve both domestic and international markets.

"The inauguration of our Manesar facility is a significant milestone in our quest to redefine electric mobility through cutting-edge motor technologies. By establishing this plant, we ensure a robust supply chain and bolster our growth trajectory in India and beyond. This endeavour epitomises the synergy between India and Israel in business and encapsulates our vision of 'Make in India for the world.' Our greenfield investment underscores our confidence in the Indian market and belief in its burgeoning mobility landscape," remarked Sajal Kishore, MD, I.EVR Motors.
