McLaren Strategic Solutions (MSS), a global leader in platform based service delivery, has unveiled its new development centre in Goa. This milestone marks a significant step in MSS’s mission to blend AI first innovation with regional talent development while reinforcing India’s stature as a global technology hub.

The facility will launch with 50 skilled IT professionals and is poised to grow to a 500-strong workforce in the coming years. Leveraging advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and data engineering, the centre will deliver high-impact solutions to MSS’s global clientele.

“Our expansion into Goa reflects MSS’s commitment to India as a key strategic region,” said Anoj Pillai, CEO, McLaren Strategic Solutions. “By capitalising on Goa’s unique ecosystem of creativity and innovation, and progressive policies, we aim to create a global technology model rooted in local expertise.”

Goa: A strategic choice
MSS’s choice to establish its centre in Goa reflects the state’s rise as a dynamic technology hub. With its favourable business environment and highly skilled talent pool, Goa provides the perfect foundation for building innovative Digital Software Factories. Job creation: Expanding to a workforce of 500, prioritising local hiring.

“Goa represents a significant step in MSS's vision to establish a strong pan-India presence. This development centre reflects our commitment to building a robust network of innovation and delivery hubs across the country, leveraging India's rich talent pool to drive scalable and impactful solutions for our global clients.”
