TRUMPF to unveil new automated Welding cell IMTEX Forming

New 2D laser cutting machine

TRUMPF is launching a new laser cutting machine that is the ideal start into the world of high-quality laser cutting. It comes with so far the most intuitive programming system from TRUMPF that makes it possible to start production quickly. It is powered by the latest TruFiber laser source of TRUMPF for cutting a wide range of sheet thicknesses and is economical even at low utilisation rates.

New automated Welding cell

The new automated Welding cell can be launched, programed and operated with very little training-video tutorials. It utilises the welding cell in one or two station operation, depending on the component and lot size. This means, for example, one can either process a larger component or smaller components in larger batches parallel to production. The welding cell is a fully equipped machine tool, certified with CE.

TruLaser Cell 5030

The TruLaser Cell 5030 is a simple and affordable introduction to 2D and 3D laser welding and laser cutting. With its low machine-hour rate, its own for small to medium lot sizes and for when components are changed frequently throughout the day.

TruBend Series 1000

It combines TRUMPF quality with good value for money, thus making for an economical introduction to the TRUMPF bending world. Fast setup, simple control, and smooth operation with minimal downtime maximises the return on investment.

TruLaser Series 1000

Its solid-state laser impresses with its robust design and power that will last for years.
