These cranes are manufactured with minimum number of maintenance parts, which are easy to remove and can be replaced with wearing parts. These ensure smooth functioning due to the following: gears having precision hobbed teeth, which are subjected to heat treatment; machined components checked by limit gauges; and antifriction bearings on all high speed rotating parts. Established in the year 1983, the company is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of material handling equipment and accessories. The products offered are stringently checked at the in-house quality checking unit. The range comprises Class-II Medium Duty to Class-IV Heavy Duty equipment. The products are known for tolerance capacity, dimensional accuracy and durability. The range includes material handling cranes, crane gearboxes, lifting beams, material handling monorails and material handling hoists. The company also has a load testing pit with 50 tonnes of dead load. This pit is used in the manufacturing process as well as testing facility. Besides domestic market, the products are also exported to the Indian subcontinent, East Asia, Middle East and South East Asia.
