These crane are of proven design for continues duty operation with extreme operating condition. Crane supplied are with cabin controlled through master controlled or push button pendent. Crane supplied are magnet duty. They supplied crane up to 30.0 Mtrs span. All design are of class-IV duty.
- Specialty in steel mill duty scrap handling and scrap charging crane, billet handling, tailor made, cabin / floor operated cranes.
- Specially designed to withstand sever working conditions like high temperature, heavy dust & dirt, continuous working.
- Gear box are very heavy duty, all gear are duly hardened, splaash lubricated to give long maintenance free life.
- Wheels are L-Bracket, duly hardened with ZKL bearings,
- Wheel are forged, C-45 Material.
- Crane can be control through master controller operated from cabin or through pendent operated from cabin or floor.
- All coupling are heavy duty geared type only.
- All brakes are electro hydraulic thruster only.
- All motor are S-4 duty, 40% CDF, 300 Starts/Hrs, Crane duty.
- Contractor selected are of higher rating to withstand continuous on/off operation
