Automatic magnetic crown conveyor

Alien Fabricon (India) manufactures automatic magnetic crown conveyor that conveys crowns of the bottles to filler machine. The unit is made of stainless steel 304. The conveyor avoids handling of crowns in cartons thus preventing damages of crowns. As only nominal quantity of crowns remain in the hopper for few minutes, churning, bending and damage of crowns are prevented. The conveyor ensures continuous flow of crowns and avoids uncrowned and off-centered crowning of bottles, which keeps the filler machine running continuously without stoppage. Due to continuous running of the filler machine, over foaming of the beverage is avoided. Wastage of crowns will be reduced remarkably.
