Uptech Engineering is engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying various types of magnetic products, precision inspection instruments and machine shop aids. The ultra electro-permanent heavy-duty chuck is available in 70 x 70 quad pole or 47 x 47 quad pole. This is a work holding device for conventional and CNC milling machines. It is a cold device as it does not require power continuously except for short period of activation and deactivation. Salient features: suitable for light milling, i.e., 3-6 mm depth of cut at recommended speed and feed; maximum material removal is possible; economical for operation and maintenance; no accidents due to power failure; slippering force is 2.5 -3.5 kg/cm²; vertical lifting force is 40-45 kg/cm²; variable supply unit to vary power which helps in alignment of jobs; chuck is tested for slippering force, waterproof test, electrical and demagnetising tests; and standard electrical accessories. The company also manufactures special chucks to suit individual requirements. All products undergo stringent checks, which are closely monitored by experienced quality analysts. The company has complete testing facilities for checking the quality of the products. It has an in-house design unit with CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development.
