Component Straightener

Micron's precision straighteners are very much effective for straightening flat components and also cut sheets. It has been observed that after press working most of the flat components become deformed because of shearing action by dies or punches. To regain its flatness, the components are fed into the straightening machine, In addition to removal for the coil-set, the machine can correct buckled centres and also the wavy edges. To be most effective, work rolls are small in diameter and spaced close together. As small dia rolls flex easily wheat pressure is applied, they must be supported by targer backup rolls. The bottom roll platen is fixed and the top roll platen is adjustable. The settings of top roll platen can be recorded from dial indicator.
