Bore Gauges (3- & 2-Point)

Accumet Products offer 3- and 2-point Bore Gauges. Trigabore 3-point bore gauge is the result of 25 years of experience in design and manufacturing. It’s high accuracy, versatility and easy operation (no special skill required) makes it one of the most popular bore measuring system in the world. Trigabore comprises of ergonomically designed pistol-grip holder and 3-point self-centring interchangeable measuring heads (24 heads cover bore dia range of 6-200 mm) and an indicator (electronic or mechanical dial gauges or linear probe). Trigabore can achieve repeatability up to 0.002 mm. Trigabore can be used in tool rooms, shop floors, quality control/inspection areas and labs. It can be used for absolute measurement due to long range of measuring heads. It can be also used as a comparator for mass-produced components. Special measuring heads can be provided for measurements of internal screw threads, slots, O-ring grooves, splines (2-point), etc. 2-point plug gauges are suitable for checking bores of mass produced components. These are made as per the required diameter and tolerances. It can be fitted with mechanical or electronic dial indicators. Since it does not require compressed air, it is a fully self-contained gauge, which can be used anywhere and therefore, very effective replacement for air gauges. Repeatability up to 0.001 mm is possible. The diameter range available is 10-150 mm. Extensions for deep bores are available for these bore gauges. All the bore gauges can be fitted with electronic dial gauges/probes. Hence, measured data can be downloaded to PC for SPC and for maintaining data records for ISO 9000 requirements.
