Accumet offers 3-Point Bore Gauge, TRIGABORE. It has high accuracy, versatility and easy operation (no special skill required) makes it one of the most popular bore measuring system. It is ergonomically designed Pistol-grip holder enables the user a single-handed operation. It consists of 3-Point self-centering interchangeable measuring heads (24 heads cover bore diameter range of 6 – 200 mm), Pistol-grip holder and an indicator (electronic or mechanical dial gauges) or linear probe. This Gauge can achieve repeatability up to 0.002 mm. Special measuring heads can be provided for measurements of internal screw threads, slots, splines, O-ring grooves etc. Extensions for deep bores are also available.

3-Point Bore Gauge can be used on shop floors, quality control/inspection areas/ labs and tool rooms. It can be used for absolute measurement due to long range of measuring heads. It can be also used as a comparator for mass-produced components. Electronic dial gauges / probes enables to download data to PC for SPC and for maintaining data records for ISO 9000 requirements.
