Sealed Keyboard Panels/Man Machine Interfaces

Solar Biotronic Laboratories Private Limited (SBL) has been developing and manufacturing sealed keyboard panels/man machine interfaces as per customers? requirements for more than 17 years. These keyboard panels can withstand harsh environments like high temperatures, moisture, dust, humidity, etc. This makes them ideal for factory environments, industrial PCs, machine tool applications, external use, etc. The keyboards comprise of a snap dome switches assembled on a glass epoxy PCB and sealed using industrial grade adhesives. The top layer (overlay) is screen printed on a polyester sheet with the key functions in a variety of colours. The keyboards operate in a temperature range of -50?C to +95?C and can withstand exposure to cutting oils, lubricating oils, etc. Presently the company supplies such sealed keyboard panels for CNC based machine tool applications, EDMs, injection moulding machines, process controllers, medical systems, defence applications, etc.
