Pneumatic Controller

Pneumatic controller, Model 137PNP is a level controller using a float magnetically coupled to a pneumatic control mechanism. This provides pneumatic pressure output proportional to level (directly/inversely). A variety of floats are available for extended nozzles lengths, variable control range, and used for liquids having high density. These are also available with bellows assembly for pivot protection from suspended solids/metal parts/particles. Application: control of pneumatic valves, dampers and actuators in process control; and mainly used for liquids like crude, refined oil storage tanks, edible oil, water duties, etc. Specifications: temperature – ambient temperature – 0°C to70°C; operating temperature – 0°C to 300°C; density – 0.8-1.2 kg/dm2; input air pressure – 1.4 kg/cm2 (min), 2.0 kg/cm2 (max); output air pressure – 0.2-1.0 kg/cm2; input and output port – 1/8" NPT(F), 1/4" BSP(F); and process connection – square flange (standard), slip on flanges (optional).
