Devanshi offers, in technical tie up with M/s Arico, Taiwan, a complete PC-based system for injection moulding machines as well as extruder machine controllers. Features of the PC-based control system for extruder machines include: 12~24 zones PID temperature control; fan cooling function; temperature profile with 60/120/180/240 min; heater timer with one week time table setting; motor inter-lock function; on line print function and alarm record/modify record function; Ethernet link through office PC to monitor all factory machine; situation and enable to list Excel ISO document (option); formula record function, 60 sets; speed (RPM), current (A), pressure (Bar, PSI), length (m/min), torque, display decimal point select to No. 3 possible; PC internal build motor name and device name, device name free setting (include heater position); PC internal build On/Off key inter-lock table, user can be free for setting motor start steps; PC internal build alarm inter-lock table, user can be free for setting motor stop steps; motor speed DA calibration function; and number key-in lock function , to protect machine's running parameter.
