Deshwaan Systems (DS) offers a range of Flow Computers/Batch Controllers. The DS flow computer is a compact batch controller, the heart of which comprises a highly reliable, mask programmed single chip microprocessor. The display shows the 8digit count and pre selected values by means of red, 15 mm high LEDs. The arrangement of the entry keys, permit rapid, reliable and convenient entry and readout of the preset values. The flow computer is designed to meet a wide range of electronic totalising and data acquisition applications when used with our positive displacement flow sensors. The design incorporates an ultra low powered CMOS logic controller, which performs functions such as measurement of liquid flow through the electric pulse, generated by the flow sensor. The electronic batch controller is housed as per IP65 standards/flame proof to IS 2848-1981 certified by CMRI Dhanbad for Gr II A, IIB and IIIC areas.
