Compact Electric Actuators for Linear Acting Valves

Peregrine Technologies offers compact Electric Actuator, Model VK for linear motion (suitable for operation of linear operating such as globe valves, etc). These actuators are produced in collaboration with M/s ARIS Antriebe und Steurungen GmBH, Germany. Model VK produces thrust in excess of 1000N and has a maximum stroke of 20 mm; cycle time being 60s/20 mm. Many 1000s such VKs are in operation in various installations in India and around the world. VK is available with supply options 230 V AC and 110 V AC. Sophisticated-microprocessor based user programmable positioning interfaces for modulation with 4-20 mA signal input ‘built-in’ are also available, factory fitted or as add-on kits for retrofit at a later stage. Model VK is rated for 100% ED duty and has an IP65 enclosure; therefore the ability to work ceaselessly in environments with high ambient temperature, dirt and moisture also can be placed close to the furnace wall in furnace/kiln operations. VK is competitively priced and can be delivered at short notice.
