Manipulator is a pneumatically operated manual machine, which works on zero gravity principal with added advantage of ergonomic movements. It brings the job in weightless condition thereby helping the operator in handling the component easier. Thus it can be used for any repetitive movements. Features: various mounting arrangements like floor, overhead fixed and overhead trolley; picking and placing from any orientation to any orientation; equipment itself will also be in zero gravity; easy arm movements due to special rotating joints; maximum lifting capacity is 500 kg; very safe with inbuilt safety against air blackout; customised and standard types of end effectors to suit any odd shaped components.
