Hydraulic manifold blocks and rotary joints

Polymech Systems manufacturers standard and customised hydraulic manifold blocks. The standard blocks include parallel manifolds for Cetop 03 (NG 06) and Cetop 05 (NG 10) interface valves in up to 8 stations. Customised blocks are tailored to specific requirements as per the hydraulic circuit and application. Manifold blocks offer a compact design for assembling of slip-in/ screw-in cartridge and sub-plate mounted valves. Blocks are provided with threaded ports or interface for SAE/ ISO flanges for oil connections for pressure monitoring and diagnostic purpose. These blocks are designed using CAD and can be made of mild steel or aluminium alloy. The block assembly can be tested and preset for integration on the machine or system. These blocks are in use in reputed companies in applications like presses and machine tool hydraulics. The company also manufactures hydraulic rotary joints for swivel and rotary applications for flows up to 40 litres per minute, pressures up to 200 bar, and speed up to 100 RPM, in up to 4 stations.
