Including a unique Sullair technology that automatically adjusts the compressor displacement from 100% to 50%, to match the changing demand, the package design of the compressors includes dual stage air/fluid separation, heavy duty air filter, microprocessor control, spin-on fibreglass filter, helical design drive gears, bearing fluid reservoirs, and more. The Sullair air-end supports longer average bearing life of up to 100,000 hours of service. While the compressors save energy by compressing only the exact amount of air that is actually needed, the efficiency of the compression process can be drastically improved, reducing power consumption throughout the entire load cycle.
