Parmar Metals is engaged in manufacturing a wide range of perforated as well as expanded metal products. The product range includes perforated metal sheets for multiple applications, expanded metal sheets, cable trays (perforated and ladder type with support system) perforated type, ladder type, cable trays accessories, cable support system, race ways (floor application), wire ways/duct (ceiling application), way junction box and accessories, floor gratings, steel bar grating, perforated "O" type grating, Expanded diamond walkway grating, weld mesh, earthing flats and pipes, hot dip galvanised. Specifications: channel sections available in 3 or 6 mtr length as standard; manufactured from MS hot-dipped galvanised or other finishes; produced from steel strip with a nominal thickness of 2.5 mm, weight 3 kg/mtr; channels are accurately and carefully cold formed to size from low carbon strip steel, having continuous slots with inward clamping ridges; the fittings, unless noted otherwise, are punch press formed from low carbon steel plates or strip; spring nuts are produced from steel bars and after manufacturing, are case-hardened; and two serrated grooves in the top of the nut engage the inward turned edges of the channel. Hot-dipped galvanised coatings are applied in accordance to BS 729. Other commercially available finishes can be supplied on request.
