Cnc Coil Winding Machines

Synthesis offers fully automatic CNC coil winding machines. These have 4-axes CNC controls and are very versatile. They are suitable for high volume coils (500 to 1,200 coils per hour) production of relays, transformers, chokes, etc. The 4 axes movement facilitates automatic wire wrapping, cutting, routing and coil ejection for fast production, and uses AC servo motors for high reliability. The machine uses a PC based controller with Windows interface for user-friendly programming. Various optional attachments like online wire twister, automatic component loader/unloader, index heads, tapping attachments, etc, add further versatility to this machine.
