Electromech has introduced their latest feature packed and cost effective table top two spindle front loading coil winding machine,Model EMC 80 DF. This is a micro computer controlled dual spindle economy model winding machine incorporated with special features such as: user-friendly menu driven software to support layer winding, sectional winding, bifilar winding pitch winding and plain winding with tappings; can handle wire ranges from 0.015 mm to 1.00 mm; pitch range from 0.015 mm to 9.999 mm; user configurable 199 program memory bank which can be sequenced to wind all kind of sectional bobbins; all 199 programs can be cascaded for sectional winding; incorporated with programmable winding speed, online modification of winding speed, winding direction, bobbin width, wire diameter, pitch, etc; intelligent spindle acceleration management based on wire diameter to reduce stress on wire during acceleration; automatic retrieval of the program last used from the memory bank when the power is resumed; dynamic bobbin positioning system which eliminates mechanical setting, fine and coarse; available in single, dual and four spindle models; and, all machines supplied with standard pay-off system, mechanical tensioner and wire guide unit in a 'ready to wind' condition.
