Cnc Coil Winding Machine, Model Emw 100Dx

The machines are feature packed standard and custom-built winding equipments to cater to all winding applications. Model EMW 100DX is a two spindle side loading machine with tail stock attachment. The winding speed is 9000 RPM, winding width 100 mm and swing diameter 80 mm. The spindle motor is a permanent magnet DC motor 120 W, 180 V, with electromagnetic disc brake, optic sensor for communication and non programmable position. Traverse is through a hybrid stepper motor, with max speed 15 mm/sec. Accuracy 150 micron and stroke 100 mm. The machine has a built-in 199 program memory and 16 x 2 line LCD display. Standard accessories include dereeler with tensioner, wire guide unit, spool container, power cord and wire cut sensor cable. Optional equipment includes tail stock, foot switch for start/stop/pause, tape attachment, hot air gun interface, mouse control and wire twisting attachment.
