Power saving is important today. R S Electronics has introduced a digital electronics time switch incorporated with programmable real time clock suitable for 230 V single phase version and 440 V AC, 3-phase version. This is suitable for programming On/Off functions several times during day or night or 12 times a day as per requirements. It constantly displays more accurate real time. The unit has built-in memory back-up facility for 500 hours in case of power failure. Using this instrument one can save manpower, making automation, and energy saving. There is no need to restart the unit after resumption of power supply. The units are made with micro controller based latest design with latest technology. High illumination, 4-digit, 7-segment bright red LED is incorporated in the instrument and can display the programming value as per requirement. This is lightweight unit measuring 140 x 77 x 70 mm, designed in ABS plastic enclosure.
