- It is a compact and reliable switch used for level detection of free flowing solids, powders, granules and bulk materials in bins & silos. It can be installed from top, horizontal or inclined with limited headways.
- It is cast aluminum enclosure with IP65 protection.
- It is mechanically stable, two bearing shaft assembly for reduced wear and increased reliability.
- It has built in magnetic clutch for overload protection of motor.
- Adjustable spring for setting appropriate operating torque to suit service material. Power saving through disconnection of supply during non-rotation of motor.
- Standard model for temperature upto 80 ?C at atmospheric pressure, available with radiating fins for 150°C (optional).
- Numerous paddle designs to suit variety of service materials.
- Foldable paddle for easy installation on tanks with small inlets.
- Flexible spring shaft for absorbing shocks from service material (optional).
- Insertion length can be customized upto 1500 mm
- Protection pipe is provided for long insertion length for added robustness.
- Ash seal assembly for dusty environment (optional).
- Standard model is with screwed connection, available with flanged connection . Power supply of 110 VAC, 230 VAC or 24 VDC. Standard model rated for 5A, 250VAC, SPDT switch. LED indication for start/ stop status of paddle
