Gilway Technical's SMT LEDs with internal series resistors save 40% of required PCB space compared to LEDs with separate resistors. Designed specifically for LED construction, the SMT package contains a parabolic reflector. This reflector increases MCD ratings from 10 to 80. Viewing angle has also been increased from 90? to 120?. The LEDs will perform at 2-20 mA with a typical forward voltage of 2.0 V Tape and reel packaging is standard.
