Electrical Insulation Glass Mica Tapes & Sheets

HNM manufactures electrical insulation glass fibre mica tapes (GMT), glass mica sheets (GMS), glass mica tapes (GMGT) and glass mica glass sheets. The tapes are available in 10, 12.5, 20, 25, 38 and 50 mm width, 25 or 50 m length, in 0.1, 0.15, 0.18, 0.20 and 0.25 mm thickness. Sheet sizes are 1 x 1/2 m 2' x 3', 900 x 900 mm, 1 x 1 m in 0.1 to 25mm thickness. They are also available in roll form of 10, 25 and 50 m length in any width from 50 to 950 mm in 0.1 to 0.25 mm thickness. The items are available in thermal class insulations F (1550C) and H (1800C). Dielectric strength is 20 kV/mm minimum. They find applications in OEMs and repairing/servicing of all kinds of electrical rotating machines, HT motors, traction motors, generators, alternators, furnaces and transformers, as ideal insulating materials. Also available are polyester-mica polyester sheets and tapes, glass mica polyester sheets and tapes, Nomexmica wrappers/tapes, asbestos-mica sheets, Kapton-mica sheets, ruby mica, mica tubes, washers and mica powders.
