Gas Springs For Extreme Temperatures

A.C. Automation offers High Temperature Gas Springs, which is manufactured by HAHN Gasfedern GmbH, Germany. These gas springs are completely rustproof and chemical-resistant and it can be used anywhere, where bulk or weight has to be raised or lowered without much use of energy. These are the first gas springs for the dynamic use on extreme temperatures to the market: the low temperature series NT as well as the HT series for hot conditions. Both series are available as pressure and tension spring and of course they are maintenance free.

NT gas springs are used in food processing and retail application and they have a temperature range up to -40°C, possess a dynamic load capacity and are therefore predestined for such as refrigerators, freezers and counters. HT gas springs works dynamic in extreme temperatures up to +200°C and they are resistant to condensation and aggressive cleaning methods. It can be installed in any position in the direct vicinity or even directly into ovens or grill designs. Both series have an option of a special sealing system that reliably prevents the ingress of contaminant such as dirt particles or aggressive fluids into the gas spring.
