Spline Gauges & Tools offers Spline Gauges. It is used for all major automobile and ancillary manufacturers. Its well-quipped design ensures quality of the products. Spline plug and ring gauges to check internal and external involute splines, straight sided splines and serrations. A set of Go and NoGo gauges will ensure the acceptability of components. This checking can be carried out by any unskilled operator. The product range includes: 1) 2) Spline Mandrels - used for inspecting the components by locating on splines, also for carrying out machining operations by locating on splines; 3) Broaching Tools - spline and plain round broaches up to max 750 mm length; and 4) Index Plates - can be supplied as required on splines milling/ spline grinding machines and for hob sharpening machines.
