Precision Spring Tester

Saksham Enterprise offers simple, easy-to-use precision spring tester developed by Mecmesin, UK. This is a particularly cost-effective tool, suitable for use in production and quality control departments. It has been designed to meet a wide range of spring testing requirements. Springs can be tested in tension, compression and torsion, with both load and deflection/length values being displayed digitally. Flexibility and versatility are key attributes of the system's design. The robust test stand is able to accommodate loads of up to 1,000 N (100 kg), and could alternatively be supplied with a higher sensitivity force gauge for testing delicate springs with sensitivity of less than 1 gram. Higher capacity systems are also available. The AFG has facility of RS-232 interface and with help of optional Windows- based software, the load and extension can be downloaded ana plotted on PC. Printer is available as optional accessory. Options of manual and motorised test stands are available.
