Particle Measuring Systems for Liquids

Fluke offers Syringe®, a Particle Measurement System from Markus Klotz, developed specifically for laboratory use. The system consists of the feeding device Syringe, PC plug-in PCI 1.0, the evaluation software and PC. For the pharmaceutical sector, the evaluation software SW-CA is used and the system is equipped with a laser sensor LDS 23/25 usp. This works in the range of 1-50 microns linear and is made specifically for the requirements in the pharmaceutical sector. For the control of contamination of water, drinks and other liquids process is usually examined with the laser sensor LDS 30/30 and the analysis software SW PE. The system can be covered by a particle size from 0.9 to 139 microns. As an option, the device is available with magnetic stirrer. The system is also optional for grain size analysis. With the software program SW-PE, the particle sizes are measured up to 256 arbitrary for normal liquid. The evaluation can be cumulative or distributive, made by particle number or volume or mass. A flexible export to MS Excel for further analysis and presentation is possible. Particle counting in the laboratory, contamination control footed, quality control of pharmaceutical products, residual dirt analysis, particle size analysis, etc are a few of the applications.
