Master Setting Rings

Cyclo Instruments offers Master Setting Rings. These are available in the range of 6 to 360 mm. Blank design for this type is as per IS 3485-1983. Manufacturing tolerance for these rings is as per I.S.3485-1983. These rings are used to set internal diameter setting instruments such as, dial bore gauges; 3 point internal micrometers and dia-test plugs.. These are made from prime quality alloy steel and are stabilised by subzero process @ -80ºC; in a specially designed low temperature test chamber to arrest the dimensional growth. Calibration of these rings is done on Carl Ziess make horizontal metroscope; accuracy of which is traceable to national standards of length through NPL. The nother model available is Go/No Go ring gauges.
