Leak Testing Machine, Automatic

This automatic leak testing machine is designed and fabricated for checking leakages in plastic bottles and containers of various capacities and enhance product reliability. Salient features of this tester are: simple, compact, economical, operator friendly, microprocessor controlled and pre-settable pressure drop. Available from Jagmohan Pla-Mach, a manufacturer of blow moulding machines, this automatic leak tester detects blow holes, wrong cut necks, sheered parting lines, etc., and makes products 100% reliable. The total unit is micro-processor controlled and easy to use. These leak testers come in three models: JL-1 for containers from 50 ml to 1000 ml capacity and 800 bottles per hour rate; JL-5 for containers from 1 litre to 5 litre capacity and 600 bottles per hour rate; and JL-20 for containers from 5 litre to 25 litre capacity and 400 bottles per hour rate.
