Zwick Roell Testing Machines offers Extensometers, optiXtens. It is a non-contact and non-marking digital extension measurement device. It eliminates the need for manual intervention with specimens and is able to "see" right through a temperature chamber. It has two discrete measuring ranges and is able to comply with all major testing and calibration standards due to a perfect combination of laser and optical technology. It ensures a high level of accuracy for virtually any photo-reflective material with a resolution of 0.1µm and an accuracy grade of 0.5 according to the ISO 9513 standard.
