Technology Products offers Interfacial Tension Meter. It is used for precise determination of both surface and interfacial tension of oil against water by ring method to values within ± 0.05 Dynes. The surface as well as interfacial tension of oil depends on the purity of oil. If water, sludge, suspended particles are present in the oil the values of surface and interfacial tension of oil will change. The equipment measures interfacial tension of oil in accordance to IS:6104-1971. The equipment is available in automatic as well as manual versions.
