Digital Flow Controllers, Series 600 accurately measure and control flow rates of a wide variety of gases from 0-5 SCCM to 0-1000 SLPM nitrogen for operating pressures up to 3000 PSIG. It feature better accuracy & repeatability than analog MFC's, performance-enhancing digital electronics, multi-gas capability & self-diagnostics. These MFC's are of stainless steel construction & several elastomer materials are offered to ensure material compatibility with the process fluid.
