SIGHT FLOW INDICATOR

CIE manufactures a wide range of sight flow indicators and sight glasses to cater to the general as well as specialised usage in process industries. The general types are double window, full view, and inspection glasses. For specialised use to suit various fluids and flow characteristics they are made in models such as plain type, drip type, flapper type, rotating wheel type and angle type. They are rigidly construction and corrosion resistant. Toughened glasses are thermal stock tested as per BS 3463/1962. Process borosilicate glasses are stress relieved to undertake piping strainers and avoid breakage. Sight glasses are offered for a working pressure of 200 kg/cm2 and a temperature of 400?C in materials such as CS, CI, brass GM, SS-304/316, alloy-20, PVC, HDP, etc. For highly corrosive application sight flow indicator are manufactured with rubber, lead or Teflon lining. Glass cleaning arrangement is provided as optional feature. Sizes range from 1/2" to 2" in screwed connection BSP, NPT, IS-554 and 1/2" to 8" in flanged connection ANSI, SIN, BS, IS and JIS depending on the process application. Sight flow indicators are provided on the process application. Sight flow indicator are provided with cooling/heating jackets.
