Digital Beta Gauge

ATI-USA's patented Beta Gauge measures the basis weight or mass per unit area of material. It is ideally suited for on-line web process measurements of materials such as plastic sheet or film, coatings on paper, foils, woven and non-woven textiles, PSA's packaging materials, metals, coated abrasives, composite materials, rubber, etc. AT-100 is solid state, small, compact and can be easily installed with minimum impact on existing machinery. It helps to reduce material consumption in the process by reducing scrap, variations and provides documentation. The software collects and displays measurements in any unit desired and provides complete statistical process control graphs and information. The gauge has been designed as per industrial grade to meet the standards. The single point gauge gives an accuracy of ±0.5% of target. Digital counting mode eliminates sensor drifts due to changes in temperature, high voltage or analogue components.
