Ring Gauges

Jayesh Enterprises manufactures Tieco brand plain limit gauges. It has now started manufacturing ring gauges above 320 mm ID and up to 500 mm ID. It has set up a sophisticated plant by introducing the latest imported instruments including horizontal metroscope, Trimos TULM 210, having an accuracy of up to 0.0006 mm, thereby ensuring accuracy of gauges. Besides, there are a number of machines, by which production is geared up. With fully air conditioned standard room and inspection carried out at every stage of manufacturing, the accuracy of the gauges is ensured conforming to national and international standards. The company also undertakes calibration services on measuring instruments and gauges, and is authorised to issue calibration certificates by National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi, vide Certificate No: 85/07/304/98.
