Batch Weighers

LCS Controls offers Batch Weighers, AWSFS. It is used for tea/ detergent powders. Features: filling based on weight; high speed and accurate; configurable capacity; fully electronic; high precession load sensor; digital calibration; user friendly electronics; data logging/ PC. High speed micro processor based batch weighing system of capacity ranging from 100 gm to 5 kg is also available.The weighment is done through high precision and high speed response load sensor which is capable of working under dusty environment. The batch weighing done through multiple feed arrangement controlled electrically or electro pneumatically. The batching speed varies from 15 to 20 drops per minute based on range, speed and flowability of materials weighed. The system can also be provided with the facility of single or multi drop concepts for packing higher capacities. This can be integrated with existing carton filler, cup filler or double beam weigher of different make machines like Roller Tainer/ Nichrome, etc. The system can also discharge manually through the operation of limit/ pedal switch by the operator. The system can be connected to PC through proper hardwares, and custom built software is provided for automatically generating frequency spectrum, EGA, Cp Cpk and the host of other facilities.
