NTB Hitech Ceramics offers Welding Nozzles, AL98. It exhibits high temperature resistance and do not melt or deteriorate even in the most demanding applications. It is manufactured with 98% alumina to provide a higher temperature resistance. It provides better performance and a longer service life under tougher operating conditions like aluminium welding. It is unaffected by high frequency currents and are able to dissipate the welding heat better and thereby result in cooler temperatures in the handle zone. It is manufactured in various thread sizes like 3/ 8" BSP, 1/ 2" BSP, 3/ 4" UNF, 5/ 8" BSP and 7/ 16" BSF and in several nozzle lengths and diameters. It has been specially designed with a higher cavity space around the electrode. This provides a large cross-sectional area for a uniform and laminar blanket of copious argon gas around the weld, for excellent results.
