Welding Inverters, Intelligent Portable

Sahil International offers intelligent portable welding inverters manufactured by Sanrex, Japan. These have excellent welding characteristics and features: ultra compact light weight plastic housing; built-in micro processor controlled sharp, arc start, pulse function; input power factor 0.98; friendly design, engine-driven generator; outstanding cutting performance up to 12 mm; built-in compressor - no need for air compressor; and available in DC TIG, stick and lift TIG models. These inverters are used as power source for gas shielded arc welding with tungsten electrode (TIG) for welding of stainless steel, copper alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and also used as alternative to DC welding generators as there are no moving parts, except the cooling fan, which ensures almost nil maintenance cost beside low initial cost. Stick and TIG models use three phase Sansha's Japan based technology and suitable filter choke that ensures low ripple DC output, for less sticking, less spatter, better control on then jobs and easier out of position high quality welding, hot start provided for quick stick arc starts. Other features include electrode compensation circuit ensures consistent performance with different electrode size; forced air cooling with 2,800 RPM fan for extended life; and most suitable for site use and can be used in any industry, where high quality welding is required.
