The machine ensures controlled delivery of welding current by the help of Forwel (Korea) made constant current feedback controller. Keeping a quality watch on every spot, the machine highlights weak and faulty spot instantly. Having an error, and weak spot alarm buzzer, the fused copper laminate flexible links are for a lifetime use. While the high speed cylinder operation gives better cylinder follow up, the electrode movement is made precise by LM bearing. The machine is engineered for minimum downtime.
