Vacuum Forming, Skin Packaging And Blister Forming Machines

Micron International manufactures vacuum forming, skin packaging and blister forming machines. Operation: plastic film is drawn from the roll into the clamp frame, the heater automatically comes forward over the clamp frame and heats the plastic until softened; the mould is raised and vacuum is applied to draw the softened plastic onto the mould. When the formed sheet has sufficiently cooled the plastic is separated from the web by a guillotine. This sequence is automatically, repeated and controlled by a microprocessor.
