Vacuum Forming Machine, Fully Automatic

Om Chamunda Enterprises offers a fully automatic Vacuum Forming Machine for blister forming, skin packing, calendar, and advertisement poster forming with PVC, HIPS, PETS, LD, PP, ABS and other forming plastic sheets. The machine is powered by 3-phase 440 W motor and has a powder coated MS body. The system is pneumatic operated. It has pneumatic accessories such as electro pneumatic ISO cylinder dia 100" x 100" (stroke adjustment), solenoid 230 V valve, flow valve one way and solenoid vacuum valve. The machine uses ceramic alfa heater and has a single timer station for five operations, viz., chain drive, air cylinder operating system, vacuum time, resting time and air flow time. The vacuum pump has 3-phase 1 HP motor with 300 ltr capacity and is connected with vacuum tank and vacuum solenoid valve operating time. The machine consumes 6 kW power. The company caters to industries like pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, stationery, FMCG, packed food, pesticides, etc.
